Our tickets for a 17 hour flight on @flyethiopian have 3 seats together, but when we arrived at the airport they have my 4 year old in row 12, and me and his twin sister in row 42. Totally unacceptable. We need a #travelersbillofrights now!

Is it just me, or is @Amazon customer service the absolute worst? The people on the other end seem nice - but the system seems designed to make it impossible for you to get your problem fixed.

@AmazonHelp Suggested Solutions:
- make a customer service phone number easy available (searchable) w/in online platform
- enable customer service to provide the pin for 2 factor identification if you confirm account details
- provide Emil alternative to phone identification

@AmazonHelp Here’s the thing - with most other companies you call customer service, and they provide a solution. With @amazon - I have to chat online to 3 people before I get a # to call - and have to explain the same situation each time. You are the 5th person today - and still no solution

@AmazonHelp To reset my account - which now means I can’t access my account for the next 1-2 days until someone resets it. This is despite no changes to my password or any other personal details.

@AmazonHelp 2 step authentication that relies on phone numbers only works when you have phone networks that support it. It takes 45 minutes for someone to give me a phone number I can call - and now a 1-2 day wait to bypass the push system.

@E_Poli Following. I’ve focused mainly on food banks, rent relief and mutual aid in communities I’m connected to. I’ve also seen some opportunities to donate to schools/PTOs to help support kids in the community who need addition support (like internet access)

@E_Poli I put some stamps on mine this year for good measure, but the label I printed from the states (MD in my case) actually was postage paid if mailed within the US (which it was - once deposited into the system by the pouch)
