Today’s Tangible Takeaway

“That’s just the way I am” translates to, “I don’t intend to change.” 

We are declaring two things:

~ The people being affected by our behavior or mindset aren’t worth changing for.

~ Christ does not have the power to renew my mind.

It does not mean change will be easy, nor does it mean to take away from horrible things that have occurred in the past.

What it does declare, is despite a difficult past, despite my brain being wired a certain way, I declare God has the ability to renew my mind.

Those we care about most deserve this.

Our God is a God of miracles, but sometimes the journey is as important as the final result.
