@RetireonDividen I'd keep adding to IBIT! I'm still irrationally holding on to my MSTR and MSTY because apparently I can't lock in losses on that one emotionally.
@FreddyLA7 Mackinaw Island, MI; the US Air Force Museum in Dayton OH (it’s free, huge, and very very cool…and you can stop for a low-key dinner and a swim in our pool at our little sheep farm nearby!), Gettysburg PA for some civil war history!
@RetireonDividen I asked for 10, cuz wtf not. Only got 1. I’ll take it. If it follows typically IPO patterns, I’ll get my other 9 later. If it doesn’t and just moons forever, I’ll keep my single share forever as my homage to Elon.
@RetireonDividen Do NOT pay off that mortgage. How about this…Deliberately invest that $838.72 in a separate account, and when you retire, pull your balance due THEN for payoff. Or don’t, and just pull your monthly bill out of it after retirement.
@RetireonDividen 3.875%, rural land + home loan (so a little pricier at the time than conventional). Definitely wouldn’t pay it off early, even in the days of 2.75% conventional rates.
@ToggleBlackBelt@Cernovich@grok@grok but isn’t it true that if you fund a 529 and don’t use all the funds, up to $35,000 can be rolled over into a Roth IRA?
@DataRepublican@ProfMJCleveland I love @jordanbpeterson's take from his bible lecture series. He proposed that the story about knowledge of good and evil describes humans gaining consciousness, which comes with the awareness that if X could hurt me, I can use X to hurt you.
