今天复盘三件事。

该反省的：我把「被大家需要」当成了靠谱。其实是没学会放手，活成了所有人的单一瓶颈。

能力提升不看同时管几条线，看今天有没有把卡点真正解开、让事情闭环。

格局在扩展，但要提醒自己：格局不是摊子铺得大，而是敢在主线上下重注，在短线里做减法。

Three things from today’s review.

What I need to own: I mistook “being needed by everyone” for being reliable. I hadn’t learned to let go, and I became the single bottleneck.

Capability isn’t how many lines you juggle. It’s whether you actually cleared the blocker and closed the loop today.

The frame is expanding — but scale isn’t a bigger footprint. It’s betting hard on the main line, and cutting short-term noise.
