Last week MMC van Wyk handed over 94 title deeds in Zandspruit. This brings the total number of title deeds provided by this administration to 8 095! This is almost double the amount that the ANC Gov provided since the end of Apartheid. REAL CHANGE! 3yrs vs 22yrs #Diphetogo

ESP= benefits like water, power, rates etc, for the poor based on their need.
