I would remind the @USAMBTurkiye that the citizens of the Turkish Republic are deeply committed to safeguarding their country’s national sovereignty.
Concepts such as national sovereignty, the nation-state, and the founding principles of a secular republic may not be sufficiently appreciated by the Ambassador.
He may also be unfamiliar with the history of these lands and the proud people who have defended them at great cost.
Yet he should know that the frontiers of this country are not the product of arbitrary imagination or political fantasy.
They were drawn through immense sacrifice and with the blood of countless martyrs.
I therefore hope the Ambassador will take the time to better understand the history of the country in which he serves, and show the respect that the Turkish Republic and its citizens rightfully deserve.
@thealepalombo Please don't share this. People been doing this for Turkey and now a glimpse of our riviera is 574726273673€ and 9426 Russian+Gulf oligarch families come with it for an appetizer.
Let's keep our Mediterranean for ourselves and secretly share places among ourselves:)
@IsraelMFA Again, they won't flinch. Iran won't strike its safe house. Let's stop talking shit about each other and bring back Turco-Judaic alliance back.
@VerminusM Are you aware of history? Why undermine potentially massive Turkish public support? To whom does fuelling this imported and temporary enmity between Israel and Turkey beneficial? Are these mad governments and their agendas permanent in both countries? Lots of questions...
