Sometimes I wish I didn’t have morals. If I was a real grifter and a scammer, I’d make so much money. People want to be lied to. Folks want to be sold a dream and to be affirmed. It’s very easy to exploit people and their insecurities when you’re a piece of shit and don’t care.

Refuse to comply, and dare them to geoblock. Without Google and Apple, the UK economy would probably collapse. It isn't so much that those services are crucial (although they are), it's that Britain is already on the fiscal brink and all it would really take is a little push.
I'm sure blocking the Internet would go over really well with the British people, too.

BTW a couple years ago I went down a lead poisoning rabbit hole and in the mid-2000s there were a bunch of news stories about boomers already starting to exhibit dementia symptoms in their 40s and then mysteriously everyone appeared to stop talking about it
I know it’s become pretty cliche and cringey to talk about at this point but if you’re under like 25 I cannot stress enough how one time Obama wore a tan suit and people spent a week arguing over whether or not it was demeaning to the Oval Office and they were serious about it.
I think the real kicker for me on the dating discourse on this app is that EVERYONE seems to just want to be wooed with no effort. Every time a new tweet hits the discourse its basically just: "the obfuscation of effort and why I think I am the exception"
