Biggest issue comes down to 2 things

1. The panel felt like the witnesses were lying so they chose to discount them and the other evidence City provided.

2. All of these sponsorship and accounting numbers were audited for the CAS meeting and it all added up then but not now?

What i find quite baffling, and maybe i just haven't seen it on social media, but there's been a lack of City fans actively calling out their owners. Most of the talk I've seen from City fans seems to be misdirects or supporting the owners saying it's not true which is madness!

The issue is that this entire determination is based off of the panel not believing witnesses. That would never hold up in a legit court. They felt like the witnesses were lying so therefore City must be lying about their revenue.

First, he BROKE HIS HANDCUFFS OFF.

Then the suspect turned, THROAT-PUNCHED the sheriff’s deputy escorting him, turned around, and absolutely TRUCKED the second sheriff.

Timothy Regal was there to be sentenced on charges including assault, aggravated menacing, and failure to comply.
