Truly one of the worst travel experiences I’ve experienced today on American. Started in Vail. Flew to DFW on my way to Portland, Maine. Flight canceled en route. Ended up waiting over 7 hours to return to Eagle Vail. Grateful to be home. Beyond flabbergasted.
