@writesloud I printed out and had lists of foods to eat and foods not to eat near my fridge. I was already gluten and legume free at this point so it wasn’t a huge jump for me but it’s still quite sad. Lots of brown rice, veggies, and meat. Almond milk. Meal planning and ready snacks helped!

I put my cupcake mix into my donut pan and now I’m going to eat a cupcake but it’ll look acceptable bc it’s shaped like a donut and I think I’ve peaked. Also donuts and cupcakes are basically the same thing.
@writesloud @AldiUSA released their annual gluten free cheesecake sampler so I’m going to try not to eat more than 3 pieces before bed. It’s the best time or the year!
@Ultra_Cas@ACShilton Yes! I literally trained for and ran a stupid marathon just to find people! It’s been a very slow process but I’ve found some pockets of happiness in this sad place
@nap___queen My exclusively formula fed, my donated breastmilk and formula fed, and my exclusively breastfed kids are all equally wonderful and terrible monsters and I doubt anyone could tell which was which feeding experience. You’re doing great 💕
