Day 3 since spending 3 hours to talk to the @disneyplus "unplug it and plug it back in" guy. Was simply told that I'd get an e-mail. Still no e-mail. Still no resolution. Still no usable Disney+ app. Good thing my toddler is rational...

So, @disneyplus gives me Error Code 83 all of a sudden. I wait 2+ hours for @disneyplus online chat, then it takes the inattentive rep another hour to ask me 3 questions only to then tell me that he would have to forward this to tech support. This is a problem!
