@OctopusEnergy #SavingSessions We have a tortoise with heat lamps and heaters and 2 aquariums, but they are all fine to be off for an hour and playing boardgames by candle light has been lovely. Great initiative to get the family together

@TK_HelpDesk That’s the issue I don’t understand. Being on hold for almost 2 hours has cost me £70 and still no answer or refund! Shambolic customer service and Yes I have filled in your feedback form 4 times and still no resolution. The world is bad enough without adding a £70 phone bill!
