In Software Engineering interviews, I’ve noticed many companies recently brand the Systems Design Round something like “🌈Collaborative Problem Solving” with instructions to treat the interviewer as an active, equal colleague and 100% of the time it’s just a normal interview.

@thomashawk No easy fix but these policy issues and therefore fixable with policy. The more prices in CA rise relative to the US, the more apparent it is that blame lies with CA gov. Keep surfacing the disparities and why they exist! Education and showing a better future is the way out!
