What an inspiration Jess Clarke was for our pupils! It was interesting to hear her journey about becoming a professional footballer. Furthermore, it was great to hear the importance of physical and mental health from a role model like her. @ActivKids

A great and exhausting morning with Jess Clarke! She shared with us the importance of healthy eating and exercise. Everyone in Oak should be aiming for 60 active minutes a day! Jess also talked about stepping outside of your comfort zone and challenging yourself to be better.
