@nickgillespie@briantylercohen@OpentoDebateOrg That was a brutal listen; I'm glad Gillespie was there to play devil's advocate. The reason society is so polarized is because Side A can't represent Side B's position in a way that would pass a *basic* fact-check from Side B. (And vice versa.) Cohen is part of the problem.
@RLHeinrichs@waddz You only mention two ways in your article both of which are non-starters. 1) "Whistleblower channels". But the Obama administration was uniquely hostile to whistleblowers. 2) The Senate Intelligence Committee. But they already knew and the Director lied about location collection.
@amjithr@travisbhartwell And the always excellent Pandoc is an easy solution. It'll produce PowerPoint for you and then you can export that as a PDF from PowerPoint/Google Present/LibreOffice:
pandoc habits.txt -o habits.pptx

@amjithr@travisbhartwell A full Latex install takes 1-5 GB. groff is a nice alternative. gpresent macros are tiny; everything else is probably preinstalled on your OS (Linux or OS X):
pic demo.rof | groff -U -mm -mpresent -Tps | ./presentps -l | ps2pdf - > demo.pdf
