The UK cheer team member has been ordered "to live with parents" ahead of her Sep. 26 court date.

Snelling was charged with abuse of a corpse, tampering with physical evidence, and concealing the birth of an infant.

According to police, Snelling admitted she had given birth and attempted to conceal evidence of the birth.

His death was ruled a homicide by the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office

In February, the City of Chicago reached a tentative $1.25 million settlement with Reed’s family
