hey girl: talk to God before your day begins. put on your armor. bc when the world wakes up it will throw anxiety and stress at you. prayer is your first line of defense, not your last resort. build your foundation on Jesus, and you will not be shaken. no matter what today holds.

a reminder that satan attacks our weakest spots. when Jesus fasted for forty days, He was famished and His stomach was empty. so satan tempted Him w/ bread. note where you’re empty. acknowledge where you’re weak. and take your struggle to Jesus before the enemy comes to destroy.
