Mrs. Wilson’s class is stepping into the world of movie production! After reading 3 different novels, they collaborated to write scripts inspired by the stories, design props, film scenes, and edit their movies. Thank you to all of our families who attended the showing!

Today was our last day before break, so we tried something new - cooking! We whipped up Grinch pancakes, and if you know me, you know I'm no culinary queen. Luckily, I had some superheroes in the classroom that coached me through it and even helped flip the pancakes.

Our second swim meet this week is complete. We started at 4:30 and got home at 10:45. These kids gave 110%, dropped times the second day in a row, scored top points, and held their own against some huge 5A-7A teams. Way to go, Eagles! 🦅

Alivia has finally developed an interest in books besides tearing them off her bookshelf. This weekend she started walking around yelling, “read book” and now she comes to our lap and says, “me” - toddler code for pick me up and read. 😂

Happy Thanksgiving! I’m so glad for time off to enjoy this sweet baby. I’m also thankful her strep test was negative and she’s feeling better!
