Like why are we, as a fandom, automatically defaulting the gender of a character in the topic as "he/him". I've been using strict "they/them" pronouns in my discussions and people will come in and start using "he/him". This leaves little discussion for those who envision the lis with "she/her". It's things like that will amount over time because people refuse to even entertain the idea of characters not being male.
And it's to the point you have to constantly be like "well I don't care because it's not what I'm attracted to", do you have to do this every time the topic of misogyny is brought up? Like, is it necessary for you to specifically announce how it doesn't bother you when it's been a reoccurring thing? Especially when people are trying to bring actual concerns over this and how they've been harassed for not leaning towards male centered LIs? Okay, man.
