@ErnestVigil hate that this happened to you!! I recently injured my back and can’t travel but because I didn’t get injured 24 hours after I booked they won’t issue a refund and the reps were RUDE and supervisors complete morons. These people are thieves.
@FlyFrontier each of your agents told me that a call to supervisor was impossible, and there are no refunds, no matter what the situation, but they would issue a travel credit to be used within 90 days. If I could fly within 90 days, I would keep the dumbass pass. I already wasted money on.
@FlyFrontier Frontier sucks on absolutely every level. Its a good thing their Pilots aren’t as stupid as their customer service. I broke my back and CANT FLY per my DOCTOR and they won’t refund my money bc I didn’t get injured within 24 hours of booking my flight. That is called THEFT
@FlyFrontier I spent almost an hour on the chat system w multiple agents who all tell me that their supervisor wants me to fill out a feedback form which I did fill out. U have all of my info look at your system/look at my name on here. I wont be happy until my$ back or you’re out of my area
@FlyCIRA y’all REALLY need to get the scam artists AKA @FlyFrontier out of the terminal&town. I LOVED flying out of CIRA before u brought these THIEVES. I contacted the Mayors office and the BBB to let them know that CIRA is OK with your loyal customers being taken advantage of.
@FlyFrontier it’s sad that ur completely ok allowing ppl to purchase passes using other ppls credit cards then doing nothing about it-excuse is “there is no supervisor available” If your customer service is this bad I can only imagine the miserable flight attendants and pilots
