They'll post some random that nobody ever heard of but not acknowledging him on his birthday is nasty work @MiamiDolphins
Since y'all scared of some crabs posting something negative in your comment section, I'll say it because he's still currently a Dolphin
Happy Birthday, Tua
Now ya’ll officially doing too much.
Tua Tagovailoa could never play another down in the NFL and had 3 straight 100 rated seasons, led the NFL in yards passed for, passer rating, completion percentage and is second all time in completion percentage.

😤 Jeff Hafley on how he plans to get rid of the Dolphins 'soft' label:
"It starts April 6th when these players get here. I will do everything in my power to make sure nobody ever says that again."

🎥 Jon-Eric Sullivan names Jaylen Waddle, De'Von Achane, Aaron Brewer, Jordyn Brooks and Patrick Paul as building blocks for the Miami Dolphins
"That's an exciting group of guys to build around." (@MiamiDolphins) #PhinsUp
😳 Dan Soder - a childhood friend of Mike McDaniel, SOUNDS OFF on the Dolphins and Stephen Ross:
"I think it's a shit organization. It's ran by (retracted) that stabbed Mike in the back after he told him he was going to be alright for another season"

Per source, Troy Aikman will continue with the Dolphins in an advisory role during the head coach search. New GM Jon-Eric Sullivan is leading the search with owner Steve Ross, but Troy will stay on to advise in a similar fashion throughout the process.
Fascinating. If the Packers part ways with Matt LaFleur, they’ve got to immediately become the favorites to win the John Harbaugh sweepstakes.
But then I think you have to watch the Miami Dolphins with LaFleur, with former GB exec Jon-Eric Sullivan in MIA
Unfortunately, the Miami Dolphins have been known around the league to be the ‘fluffer’ or ‘good luck chuck’ of coaches
The reality is we hired Mike McDaniel too early & he’ll use this learning experience & crush somewhere else
I’ll hold onto that high from 2023 for life 🫡
On a personal note, Mike McDaniel cares about people and wanted desperately to see them succeed. Mike also treated people around him, including media, with respect and humility.
I wanna take some time to say some words about Mike McDaniel.
While I do think it was time to move on, I do feel some empathy for him.
Unlike many coaches who have been here, he was honored to lead this franchise and never took it for granted.
I have massive amounts of respect for someone that gives it their all, never quits, and truly loves what they do.
All the reports coming out now about how shocked he was to be fired, and how emotional he was hearing the news, does hit a soft spot of mine.
Mike is a good guy, who battled a lot to get this opportunity. I truly wish him the best and hope he learns from his time here and becomes a great HC. #PhinsUp
I’m not going to lie… I wanted Mike McDaniel to work out more than any other coach in my lifetime. I’m going to miss this guy.
I remember how hype I was when the Dolphins posted this picture after he was hired. Best of luck, Coach! 🫡
A new GM in Miami: Dolphins are hiring Packers VP of Player Personnel Jon-Eric Sullivan as their general manager, sources tell me and @AdamSchefter.
Sullivan received high recommendations from people in Green Bay, most notably Matt LaFleur, who works with him daily. Sullivan’s interview was described as exceptional, and the hiring group, including Aikman, was unanimous in the decision.
Nice tribute for McDaniel from the Dolphins
As many have said today, he’s loved inside the building
This team could’ve bottomed out in each of the past two seasons but rallied back — kind of a surreal place to be now, considering his first two seasons
"McDaniel's firing was independent of [John] Harbaugh's availability."
