Purchased tickets for two separate concerts this past week (4/24 from Vivid Seats & 4/26 from StubHub). BOTH had sellers fail to deliver by the 5PM deadline for an 8PM show.

To make it worse, @StubHub failed my parking pass too. The original pass was failed. The "replacement" arrived AFTER 8PM. By the time, I had already paid for onsite parking out of pocket.
Now they are still "investigating" this parking pass issue instead of refunding. 👎
