Heya Jersey, if you do a NJ DOC inmate search & filter it by "White" race.Dozens of profiles show clearly non-White inmates (many Hispanic features/surnames + explicit Hispanic ethnicity) all listed as White 🧐

Race & ethnicity are recorded separately in US prisons, Hispanics often default to "White." Self-reported or staff-assigned at intake

NJ stats still report ~61% Black inmates, but this inflates "White" numbers and questions every national crime stats, is this going to get fixed!?
