They told me my entertainment screen blacks out because of bad software. But my car shuts off because of “outside influence” @BMWUSA @BMW

Can someone at @BMWUSA please explain to me what “outside influence” means? @BMW of Ontario, Ca told me the issues I’m having with my car are due to “outside influences”

It’s been 2 days and I still haven’t heard what’s going on with my @BMW and the worst part is they told me “I’M” going to have to pay to get the car checked this time…. This has to be a joke @BMWUSA

@BMWUSA I assume you mean continue working with my bmw center until my lease is up, because I’ve been working with them and nothing has changed with these issues

I’ve taken the 7 series to the service department after every warning light or random shut off and all @BMWUSA of Ontario, Ca tells me is they can’t recreate the issue, so they can’t fix anything @BMW

Still searching my camera roll for footage of my 7 series malfunctioning. Here’s my check engine light randomly coming on at around 14,500 miles. @BMWUSA service department told me they couldn’t find anything wrong with my car…smh! @BMW
