@rob_mcrobberson Horses for courses. A roast dinner with meat, roast potatoes, roasted veg; or, baking cakes/bread - use an oven. Pretty much anything else... an air fryer will be quicker and cheaper.
@BBCBreakfast If it tastes nice I don't care what's in it. I eat maybe 3 or 4 per year (and used to be a hell of a lot more). A bit of horse arsehole ain't gonna kill me. Same goes for pork pie, etc.
@hardy_clin46153@floboflo@travelingflying Correct. I don't recall noone (sic) saying that "12.000 got life time".
But, in the original post...
RFK Jr: βPeople are going to jail for Twitter posts in England.β
Joe Rogan: β12,000 people in the last year.β
P.S. Stop calling me a 'demorat'. I've never even touched a rat.
@zo_demalia My advice...that's really not how football supporting works in England. Just stick to baseball (or Rounders as we call it) - a perfectly good spectator sport.
@hardy_clin46153@floboflo@travelingflying No they really aren't. Over 12000 were ARRESTED for VARIOUS 'e-communication' offences INCLUDING Twitter/X. Very, very few of those resulted in a custodial sentence. Suggesting that 12000 are in jail for Twitter-related offences is very wrong and very stupid.
@Emilyy20k@AFOTHEWAYTOGO No it isn't true. And a fair number of those that do believe in a god during their final hours will not believe in your particular god.
I enjoy the conversation but stop spouting silly nonsense.
@athomaswrites@moondncr55@Emilyy20k I suspect Maureen was not speaking for atheists in general when saying "...atheism is a lack of belief". Clearly it's not and I, for one, believe in many things. I even have faith, in things like my family's love. But the whole notion of a creator, biblical stories, etc - nope!
