The delivery partner picked the order and then took order somewhere else and not moving since 15-20 mins (maybe using two different apps).
While connecting with customer support they also didnโt helped.

What a pathetic company @Swiggy@SwiggyCares is for their delivery partner.
For a recent delivery, the delivery partner met with an accident he somehow delivered the food and said:
Noone is helping him from the Swiggy team and he needs money.

This is not the service expected from @tirasupport and especially from @BlueDart_@BlueDartCares
Have one package from TIRA which has arrived at destination location 3 days before but they are not delivering it coz the expected date mentioned was 10th Oct.
