Ok.
Iโve not been running. In the gym 3โ4 times a week. And eating 1.5x my body weight in grams of protein per day.
Still not jacked.
What am I doing wrong?
My friend eats 3,000 calories a day (not a very healthy diet, but also nothing crazy besides ice cream daily)โฆ strength trains 5โ6 times a week, and just walks for cardio.
Heโs built like a Greek god.
Is that just genetics waiting to run out or am I missing something?
