Disappointed and surprised @PrincessCruises for a rather abrupt and defensive response to a few issues: 360 closed, pool on ENCHANTED tiles coming loose, ZERO pool safety, Movies Under The Stars not movies! CASINO OFFER ENDS 2 days BEFORE disembarking!

@MSC_Cruises_UK We mentioned it to the casino staff. The main problem was people smoke in the no smoking areas! It wasn’t policed! The same on deck too. People were smoking and vaping by the pool! We reported it to the pool staff and casino staff.

@MSC_Cruises_UK We appreciate your reply. We understand the volume of passengers causes delays but attitudes of staff could be better. The man who cited delays being longer for Princess wasn’t the answer we were looking for. I think there could have been more embarkation staff? Still ❤️MSC
