But from the keepers point of view they gamble. Even if they prepare for each taker they gamble it will be that way. Go the right way, they might save it, dont and its 9/10 a goal.

@Caydryc @alieltumi The biggest was the pass back rule. It wasn't introduced until 1992, but came about due to criticism after the low scoring WC in 1990.

But also 3 points for a win instead of 2 & offside rule was amended.

Italy came second in qualifying to Norway (ranked 31st) and lost the playoffs to Bosnia-Herzegovina (ranked 64th).
Qualifying already factors in seeding to give the "better" teams the best chance.

Understand Bournemouth value Alex Scott at around £80m and plan to offer the midfielder a new deal.

But history, atmosphere & tradition is more important to European fans. More so than comfort, facilities or even the view!
