@JohnLewisRetail such a disappointing experience, what has happened to customer service. Tried to buy a laptop at the advertised price, go to basket and it’s £250 more! Called customer service and they said the price is the price, not the one I can see advertised today.

@IndesitUK I have tried several times to get a part for my dishwasher, with no success. You promote a 10 year free parts guarantee but make it impossible to get it sorted. False advertising, you have been reported to ASA!
