The first step in exploring a research direction is always to read related papers. I have found it beneficial to categorize and summarize existing papers, as this helps in nailing down concrete research projects and addressing questions like, "Why not include this paper?" or "How does your work differ from this work?". Together with my collaborators, we have curated a series of paper lists for the areas we have been working on. To benefit the broader community, I (upon the approval of other contributors ) decided to make some good ones public. Starting with this one on the security and safety of LLMs. If you are interested, check it out at: https://t.co/ueKdhP8zLr
I don't know the truth and don't want to believe in disturbing gossips. But, it's a failure of the lab, the institute, and the research community. If your student/postdoc commits suicides, there's something terrible wrong. Please investigate and take actions. @CVL_ETH@ETH_en
