I've spent two days waiting for a bot to say hi to me. @AlexKFine your company is holding my funds with no timeline. @shayne_coplan the product is great, but your support is badly broken and real people are losing money because of it.

So @fun finally tells me the $505 got flagged by their risk system and needs a compliance review. Okay. But then I asked the obvious thing. Just drop the $505 back into my @Polymarket balance and I'll send it out myself, same as I did with the $856. They said no.
