@tonysimons Tony... I know you did a live last weekend... did you use this to recreate the app?

@HermesAgentTips Honestly...

What made me:

Switch to Hermes... lack of KANBAN in OpenClaw.

Stick with OpenClaw for longer than I should... the 'losless-claw' memory plug-in on OC.

Honestly need a primer on how to find something 'similar' on Hermes (that's local).

[Yannick @WhyPeeWings]

Hermes Agent users: which memory setup holds up in everyday use?

My sticking point is recalling the latest decision without treating old drafts or assistant guesses as facts.

What works for you? Share the plugin, model and a real example.

@fl_rn_st @NousResearch Congrats! Looking forward to using what you'll build! 😀

[Yannick @WhyPeeWings]

@tonysimons Tony -- I'm contemplating it for a project... does phone-harness require the physical iPhone to stay locked, or can it also control the phone while it’s unlocked with the screen on?

[Yannick @WhyPeeWings]

@PaulSolt Nope. I'll wait for IKEA to do it for me! 🤣
