@reliancejio I ordered a Jio SIM through the Jio app on 22 Aug at ~6:30 PM and paid for it. More than 3 days later, it still hasn’t been delivered.

I contacted customer care 4 times. No resolution. When I tried to cancel, my calls were repeatedly disconnected.1/n

@JioCare @jagograhakjago I’ve filled a grievance on NCH portal with docket number 10028901 for the same issue. Since all my complaints are going to deaf ears at @reliancejio , you’re my last resort

@JioCare Why don’t you cancel it immediately and process the refund?? I’m sure you’re not going to pay me extra compensation for delay in refund. Let’s say you’re blocking ₹349 per customer for 10000 customers, how much money are you actually keeping without paying any interest?

@JioCare Don’t you already have a system in place to retrieve all details from the order number? Why do you need all the details from the customer?

In these few days I’ve already known the way to respond to issues and don’t want to waste my time sending you these details

This is unacceptable customer service. I am proceeding with a formal consumer complaint and will submit the order/payment details and records of my customer-care interactions as supporting evidence.

cancel the order and process my full refund immediately.

I’m now being told cancellation/refund will take 30 DAYS.

I needed the SIM urgently after arriving in India. Jio failed to deliver it, failed to resolve the issue, and is now asking me to wait another month for a refund for an order that was never delivered.2/n
