A few of the ways porn does this:

-Porn leads to being cucked or a psychological disorder known as Social Defeat Stress (SDS), because watching other people have sex is very different to having sex. Your mind is fed imagery and angles you could never see having sex, only watching sex. You’re feeding your brain a hyper stimulated experience where your face in under another man’s sex organs imprinting to his success and subconsciously imprinting to your lack of success. Porn induces SDS in many men, who experience a chronic repeated physiological and physical stress from it, leading to symptoms like anxiety, depression and behavioral changes like social avoidance

-Your body’s cellular physiology is tricked into thinking it has achieved sexual success, shutting down its mechanisms for finding a mate. Physiological level assumes life mission is complete, and it can now dull and wither it’s optimizations for creativity, charisma, productivity and sharpness to acquire a mate, leading to low motivation, a dulled mind and weakness of every kind

-Porn tricks your brain into thinking you’re getting a bioenergetic exchange but instead of an exchange, energy is spent in an open loop. No oxytocin after, no vasopressin, no safety and physical connection, no pairing of consciousness, bonding only to the stimuli via dopamine to reenforce seeking it out again. Life force spent into a void with nothing in return. Like swapping steak to broccoli right before a dog bites, except more like his own vomit, because all bonding is to the thoughts leading up to orgasm, offering no nutrition and often leading to feelings of sickness

^Evidence of this: you do not get “post nut clarity” in a loving relationship with a loving spouse. You get feeling of love, safety and comfort, confidence and motivation from the exchange of energy. “Post nut clarity” happens when you bond to stimuli and thoughts that make you feel shame, guilt and disgust. Emotions of guilt and shame are intended as catalysts for change, similar to temporary inflammation in the body. Repeatedly bonding to and reinforcing thoughts that induce guilt, shame, defeat or disgust is like bonding your body to and reinforcing a pattern of chronic stress and inflammation

-Porn is often a cycle of trauma, both generational and personal, inviting more and more participants to watch trauma and participate in traumatizing their own bodies and minds. As you continue to compulsively seek a fleeting dopamine release with increasingly extreme content, you bond to and imprint your mind with increasingly extreme stimuli and unnatural behavior. This can warp your sexuality in all kinds of horribly corrupted ways. Compulsive gooning to porn can lead to an addiction to a potent state of stress, to forced corruption of your own sexuality, creating an addiction to self abuse. Only when you quit for weeks or months, and begin the process of healing your mind, body and sexuality, do you realize you were literally TORMENTING YOURSELF. Abusing your body and mind, and making yourself physically and mentally sick

To women: You are degrading yourself, reinforcing a lack of self worth. If you advertise on social media, you expose yourself to children. Do you believe in conscious entanglement, karma, cause and effect, energetic exchange, and yet think there’s zero spiritual implications to young children seeing sexually explicit content you put up in the town square? Even if you do not believe in God, please recognize this is not harmless

I don’t preach this from self righteousness, but as a tormented victim of self abuse that cries out in agony over what I subjected myself to. Free yourself from this modern disease!
