Summary from the Webinar with the Registrar of NMCN:

- Implementation of centralization of internship will take a while. It's going to take a lot of back and forth with the government. According to the Registrar, "we are at the processing stage".

- The government is the main decision-maker on this matter. If they prioritize it today, it could happen sooner, but for now, "it's under processing."

- HND nurses have a different path for their industrial experience, separate from the internship.

- Even when implemented, the centralized internship system will be imperfect and will likely have loopholes that will need to be addressed over time.

- Certificate of Registration: No comment.

- Ju gbo gbo e lo, avoid having issues with your nursing credentials or personal details. Resolving them is a lonely, frustrating process.
