It feels pointless dunking on the dudes who’ve been pearl clutching every time I tell young men to give up on the GOP entirely. It undercuts the seriousness of our moment.
It’s going to get tougher boys. You already know that you don’t get to sail with the wind at your back. But what you need to accept is that you got the tempest.
“Whoever does not have, even what they have will be taken from them.”

There is no light at the end of this tunnel, at least not in the material prosperity sense. No freedom from want to be had. You need to accept this, not because it is a fact, which it is, but because you need to be fortified spiritually.
I know a lot about death and loss unfortunately, more than any man my age should have to know. So I am telling you from experience, what I see IRL and on the timeline is grieving.
Denial. Bargaining. Anger. Depression.
Each one of you at different stages of it, you can see it every time you scroll the TL. Frankly too many are stuck at denial, it’s embarrassing. But all of you are moving through it. Eventually you will get to acceptance, but I am telling you now to get there quickly.
It’s the only way to steel yourselves internally for the hardship that’s coming.
While there may be no happily ever after white picket fence at the end of your story, you will have a chance at something greater. A chance that only comes around once every couple hundred years. A chance to build something that lasts a thousand years.

You have a chance to destroy this parasite and its demonic machine. A chance to tear down its temples, put out the eyes of its scribes and cut out the tongues of its priests. To destroy the destroyers of worlds.
And most importantly a chance to build something that honors God in its place. Then, after you are gone, the prosperity will come.
But you need to accept the hand you were dealt, because if you don’t, all will be lost, forever.
You can not have the total dominance over your emotions, to be immovable and impenetrable by fear, grief or anger that you will need to win. Or the true paternalistic love for your people at their worst and weakest that you will need to draw upon. It is something unattainable to men who have not first lost what they loved most and survive. It is a skill of the scared, a gift that grief gives you. This will elude you until you have finished grieving and accepted the loss of your false dream and the promise of a better, easier life.
