@Hi_iam_seal Just make sure you’re still eating fat, it’s essential for your overall health and the medication suggests taking a multivitamin since fat helps absorb vitamins. It’s important that you’re eating a healthy amount, but also not TOO much fat as this can cause digestive issues.
@quixj1@Hi_iam_seal It’s meant to be combined with a low fat diet, meaning around 45ish grams of fat. That’s not BARELY any fat. The medication also suggests taking a multivitamin. It only inhibits absorption of around 25% of the fat you eat.
@donteatwillow@kuromiscrybaby So as you can see, she is bending over. If your stomach didn’t fold when you bent over, you wouldn’t be able to stand up ☺️ she has a completely normal and healthy figure, you’re just brainwashed by your eating disorder.
@rottenangel____ While you’re walking, track your HR every 5-15 mins(depending on how long you’re active) and use a calculator to see how much you burn!^^ you can use this or find a calculator online! I do this when I use a treadmill. My HR is typically an avg of 160bpm.
@margotanyacara @miumiuf1y Yes, but that’s in ONE DAY. That’s the thing about these videos. If you ate even 1/4 of that(875c) on top of your maintenance everyday for a week, then you’d gain 2lbs. BUTTT that also means if you ate 875c LESS than your maintenance, you’d lose 2lbs in a week. Don’t think daily
YOU people are not real. Joining the military is NOT “killing brown children around the world” and you are INCREDIBLY ignorant and dense if you boil it down to that
