@ATTHelp I have DM, I have called and spoken to at least four different customer service reps — we received a text said you’d be here between 3:45 and 4:15, then the NEXT text said “we’re sorry we missed our appointment. Would you like to reschedule?” It’s now after 4.

@ATTHelp It keeps getting better — now the tech is going to be TWO HOURS LATE on a Saturday night. He will “try” to be here by six — which is the time the event my husband and I are attending tonight! Calling IdeaTek now to compare prices, since they’re local and have their own techs!

@ATTHelp I have been without internet or Uverse for 2 1/2 days, and have been trapped at home for three hours waiting for a technician, only to get a message saying they’re running late, and won’t make it in the scheduled timeframe! This is insane!

@ATTHelp AND, this was all caused by AT&T running fiber in my neighborhood, but they won’t take responsibility for cutting our internet when they were here three days ago!
