He has trespassed. Here is the map of what you sold. That hedge was a boundary hedge - Rhind House land DID NOT include the allotments.

Our neighbour has trespassed onto the #wildlife #garden and has levelled our bee mound where the #bumblebees nest, dug up the mature, very wide hedge where the #birds like to nest and has filled in the pond we dug. What to do? Any thoughts? #Allotment #Law #Advice

I haven't been on here for a while but I got a bit of a shock yesterday when the Secretary of the Allotment Association emailed me some pictures of what our new neighbour has done to our land. We had a #wildlife garden. Now we have a level area of subsoil. #allotment #law
