@HM_Passport 10wks is up on Tuesday. Do I start calling then or wait till Wednesday. Holiday been planned since before covid and dates changed countless times. We just need answers to how much longer we have to wait. Flying 25th aug sent passport off 26th April.

@HM_Passport #HMPO someone please look into my daughters passport renewal. 10wks is up on the 5th July and have had no response from emails or calling. I know people who have sent for theirs after her and have had them back. We fly aug 24th. Can you guarantee we get it by then

@bobcainffc1971 @HM_Passport It’s the same with my daughters. Her 10wks is up 5th July. Applied 26th April and through tracking it said doc received 1st may and then processing 3rd may. That has now gone from tracking. I need to know what’s happening and getting nowhere. It’s a joke when some have had them

@HM_Passport @TaylorF68998852 Is there a chance that a Skype/facetime interview could happen, only as a last resort and you don't open in time for her to get her passport. I know we are clutching at straws but we thought this would have been sorted in February when she sent in her application.

@HM_Passport @TaylorF68998852 i understand the covid situation but this holiday was booked last year and my daughter-in-law sent off for her first adult passport way before we all went into lockdown. will the interview process start on when you received the application or if the person has a holiday due?
