@GrahamBrack@TonyIncenzo@fcbusiness@NonLeagueCrowd My Dad took me to see Sheffield United 1954ish. I remember that in the last few minutes United were awarded a penalty. My Dad
If Ted me up to see and said “Just listen to the roar when we score”.
We missed, but, it was the perfect introduction to watching the Blades :-(
@EasyPeasy_3 No it’s still van number 17 and we’ve had it since 2015!! Longest ever. Downsized to 3,500kg to avoid medicals for over 70s.
In Cornwall at the moment. Your site looks good - do they take tourers?
@TigersSpeedway@ipswichspeedway@SpeedwayGB I’m on holiday and it would be great for me and, I suspect, a lot of @ipswichspeedway , to be able to purchase a stream. Think you might be missing a trick there. It will have to be BSN for me tonight.
@Pharmacistdaz I opt for Bassetlaw hospital where you can turn up at any time they are open - take a ticket and wait. I head there for 8am and I am generally out by 8:15. Takes longer to get the paperwork from the surgery but this year they say no paperwork needed - we shall see!!
Add we’re off!!! Covid-19 Spring Vaccinations started today for those aged 75 or over , residents in care homes for older people and those with a weakened immune system.
@Michaelwsh Aren’t we now more or less down to the level that Keith Ridge (then CPhO) said was necessary? Pity it has been achieved by financial attrition and not by planning - hence more closures in areas where there is most need and a lot of hardship for contractors.
Unfortunately this is inevitable. The current funding does not cover the cost of providing the service - plain and simple. Waiting times will increase and the “quality” is likely to fall as pharmacies attempt the impossible just to survive.
@ashleydcohen@NPA1921 The Violent Patient Scheme now named Special Allocation Scheme provides support for GP practices to treat violent patients but that generally ends with a prescription sent to a pharmacy with no advance warning or support to help deal with that same patient.
