and you ended up installing one that doesn't work. @Wickes you didn't even check at the beginning before the install if a pump was needed, but advised once the installation was complete that the shower wouldn't work because it needed a pump. @Wickes total failure. AVOID @Wickes
@Wickes you have FAILED to install a bathroom with a working shower for my mum. You claim that a pump was offered at quoting stage, even though it wasn't, and you have no proof one was rejected. My mum told the designer that she wanted a powerful shower, preferably electric,
@loukellyuk@Wickes@wickesarepricks That does not surprise me. We know things can go wrong during installation, but we would have expected Wickes to at least help resolve it quickly & with care. Instead, we had to walk on eggshells with our case manager who was another level of awful.

A year since my bathroom and kitchen were fitted and despite two inspections by Wickes fitters which recommended the complete refitting of both still no action from them. Court action now unfortunately
Even then, we were still without a shower at all and couldn't move back home permanently until May 2023. Two separate installers had a crack at the job but their work was seriously defective. The bathroom had to be ripped out four times in total. @Wickes@wickesarepricks
@Wickes@wickesarepricks I cannot describe the shock and enormous amount of pain that Wickes and their team have caused us. Our complaints were often ignored, minimised and dismissed.

The end of our Wickes' nightmare is finally in sight. Their botched kitchen & bathroom install left us without a toilet, shower, heating or hot water in our home for months, to the point that we were actually made homeless from Nov 22 - Feb 2023.

@Wickes shocking service from your Cannock store. Sell a kitchen and forget to book delivery, then parts don't arrive but they can't be bothered to help. Just refer you to customer services.
@Wickes Abysmal service. Order gardening supplies for home delivery only for the driver to tell me they would not deliver to my door (the stuff is heavy as hell) called customer service and they confirmed. Why was this not stated ANYWHERE during the order?
