@HowtoADHD I always somewhat fear that I’m failing at some level that other people are grading me on without my knowledge. Like I have to be so perfect because I think “well if I can spot it, everyone else can so I gotta make it better/perfect” which leads to things never completing.
@HowtoADHD Hyper focused on the book.
Kept the channel rolling with weekly videos.
Transparency on the work environment to show how it was possible.

@HowtoADHD ADHD ends? Life ends?
No life is ongoing and everyone needs to be a life long learner Jess. That’s how you should close the book out, it’s never going to end.
But you can make it better by always adapting and improving. You got this Jess.
Issue with the https://t.co/p3QJtXDCZL wet site where https://t.co/Pr5Zu1fNYQ was sending you to the rubric instead of the website. It’s fixed but may take 48 hours to be shown live. Sorry all that was my fault error.
@HowtoADHD@Real_Theresa “Your brain is like a wine cork Scot. You try and open the wine bottle, you twist and turn and feels like nothing is happening, then all of a sudden “POP!” And then everything flows. Once you get started you can accomplish anything.”
@HowtoADHD I’ve been finding out that the environment I’m in and any extra stimulate (caffeine) also plays a huge factor.
Work at home demands more because of all the extra distractions.
