Man appears in court charged with cruelty and fraud after 41 dogs found dead at 'Save a Paw UK' rescue centre during police raid over 'missing animals'

OAVEED RAHMAN, 25, of Crays Hill, Essex, denied a charge of causing unnecessary suffering to an animal and three counts of fraud.

The 26-year-old pretended to be running an animal charity called Save A Paw, deceiving people into handing over their dogs which often included payment for rehoming and rehabilitation services. The dogs were in fact kept in inhumane and appalling conditions.

A decision regarding the thousands of dogs being tortured at Ridglan Farms is reportedly imminent. And I am gravely concerned authorities are planning to ignore the overwhelming evidence of abuse.

In conversations I've had with state officials, they have claimed forms of corporate immunity that simply do not exist. They have argued that the evidence is "too old." And, most importantly, they are bending over backwards to ensure that no one is able to help the dogs who are ACTIVE VICTIMS OF CRIMES.

This is one of those victims, a poor mother beagle who was hobbling with a grievous and untreated foot injury. She was found by state inspectors AFTER we filed our petition against Ridglan in March 2024. (We obtained this photo via an open records request.) And in the year since, the government has done nothing to help this poor mama.

She likely died after living her life hobbling and lonely in a 2 x 4 metal cage.

We need all hands on deck now to save pups like this mama -- I'll be hosting a Zoom meeting tomorrow to discuss -- and my X feed is going to be all Ridglan, all the time, for the next few days.

Get the word out. Thousands of lives are at stake.

He's in the NYC ACC now, scared shitless and grieving. So they've made him rescue only and are going to kill him.

THE “world’s loneliest” gorillas have been discovered inside an abandoned UK zoo that shut down more than three years ago.
Urban explorers found the apes stuck behind glass in their enclosure at Bristol Zoo – which closed to the public in September 2022.

Heartbreaking footage shows one of the gorillas tapping against the window as it desperately tries to get the visitor’s attention.
The abandoned enclosure, which houses eight gorillas, is overrun with plants and surrounded by empty visitor buildings.
In the shocking clip, the camera pans to a number of the great apes as they gaze longingly out of the windows.

Axis Kessler Park Apartments (2400 Fort Worth Ave, Dallas, TX 75211). That is public information and is already posted.

For more than a year, I'm told advocates have reported a man in the top apartment who’s been beating his dog. Management allegedly moved him to another unit and did nothing. Police and animal control have been there, I'm told, along with the apartment manager but as of last check, nothing has been done. One advocate said she went yesterday - no management, no sign of the dog and/or "the individual."

I'm told people are worried if the dog is still even ALIVE!
We need to turn up the heat. Call the apartment complex. Call Dallas Animal Services. Call the Dallas Police. The more calls, the louder the message. Let’s make sure this dog gets to safety.
