It was unanimously decided in the WICS General Assembly, Yusuf Bin İzzeddin (Ateşbaz-ı Veli) only chef who had been built a tomb with his name in the world lived in 13th century was awarded with the Outstanding Spirit Badge.

"Hilal Chef" which will be given to chefs all over the world by WICS has started. First Hilal Chef (3*) was presented to Prof.Dr.Tahir Amiraslanov who is the president of Azerbaijan National Culinary Association.
