$SDOT sold its last operating business for $1,000. (that's the price of a month's rent in Houston).
Revenue last quarter: $0. Down from $132 million a year earlier, sending shareholders' equity to negative $58 million.
Same company that was pumped as a "cloud kitchen" play in 2020 under a different ticker. The business changes every 18 months.

$RDW Selling Space Fantasies while Printing Shares
Three ATM facilities in seven months. An adverse auditor opinion (The worst a company can get).
$776M in unimpaired goodwill, and a stock that went up 19% on a contract to grow strawberries in space for a Luxembourg probiotic startup with no disclosed contract value.
Fugazi Research considers Redwire uninvestable at any price above zero.

$RDW received an Adverse Audit Opinion (the worst grade an auditor can issue).
Let's be clear about what that means in practice: companies that receive adverse opinions rarely recover. The historical pattern is brutal: Bankruptcy, liquidation, or a forced acquisition at distressed prices.
That is the auditor's formal conclusion on a company with $698 Million in accumulated deficit, $776M in unimpaired goodwill, and a $500M ATM open to whoever will buy the shares.
Redwire has a Real auditor telling you it cannot reliably report either of those things.
The trash can has a waiting list, and $RDW appears to be in line. 🗑️

$CAST is trading at 579x revenue, on the back of an unsubstantial Starlink press release. An absurd $400 million market cap on a company that generated $350k in nine months.
Behind it... A CEO who lends to himself at 12% interest, converts for cheap, and dumps into your bid.

"Astrotech is a thirty-two-person instrument company with roughly a million dollars in annual revenue and under three million in the bank, now claiming it will mine helium-3 and ultra-pure silicon-28 on the Moon to fabricate quantum computers. The gap between the balance sheet and the ambition isn't a stretch — it's a Grand Canyon-sized chasm. No entity on Earth has done in-situ lunar isotope processing, and this tiny team isn't going to be the first."

$ASTC, 5 pivots. $262M destroyed. One CEO who is simultaneously Chairman, CTO, CFO, and pays his son-in-law 30% of total company revenue in consulting fees.
4 months of cash runway. Fugazi Research considers ASTC uninvestable at any price above zero.

We just published a short report on $MTC
A company trading at 605x revenue on $807,500 in annual sales. For context, Microsoft trades at roughly 13x revenue, Nvidia trades at approximately 25x revenue.
Its only revenue-generating subsidiary was fined $450,000 by FINRA in 2022 for failing to detect hundreds of instances of potential market manipulation.

$MTC As our report pointed out, the company has a history of wash-trading manipulation which was investigated in the past by FINRA.
Since November, the stock has been pumped on what appears to be textbook wash-trading on tiny volume to give the illusion of demand.

A McDonald's franchise makes more in a month than $SIDU makes in a quarter. $340K vs $ 359K. 🤯
The difference? McDonald's actually sells something.

$SIDU pumped on "Citadel Accumulation."
The 13G tells a different story.
80.7M shares outstanding includes 11.2M from an offering that closed April 21 (exactly 7 days before the holdings date.)
Citadel didn't chase $SIDU in the open market. They got allocated.
Retail bought the headline. Citadel got the "bargain shares."
The stock is now trading 25% below the offering price.
