A little throwback to the airdrop days

Before somebody gets rekt, here’s what the paperwork actually says:

▫️1B fixed supply. 350M circulating at TGE. The issuer retains 650M.

▫️Contract: Base

▫️30% founders. 30% tied to real-world events. 10% Day 1 airdrop. Another 10% future airdrop. 10% liquidity. 5% treasury. 5% charity.

▫️Day 1: 8% to “Where’s Hunter” Substack subscribers and 2% to users with negative $TRUMP PnL. Participating venues decide how the latter gets distributed.

▫️The future airdrop has no stated criteria and is distributed at Foundation discretion.

▫️The 30% events bucket either burns or goes to charity depending on outcomes. The MiCAR filing says the Foundation determines whether milestones are achieved and holders bear the risk of its discretion.

▫️Coinbase, Kraken, Bybit Europe, Bitpanda, Bitvavo and Uphold are being sought for admission to trading. Those are not confirmed listings.

▫️No public token sale. No issue price. The MiCAR whitepaper was notified, not approved by a competent EU authority.

▫️The project reports ~$1.4M in private-loan funding and a ~$50,510 FDV as of March 31.

▫️Its own risk section says there is no inherent utility, no committed roadmap, and no current plan to develop it further.

▫️One thing does not reconcile: the Token Disclosures and live site say unclaimed Day 1 airdrop tokens are burned after 30 days. The MiCAR whitepaper says unclaimed airdrop tokens are reallocated to charity.

▫️Official trading date: September 9. The claim portal is not live as of September 7. Verify the contract and claim links against the official site.
