This is not Auschwitz, and these are not refugee tents being burned in Gaza... This is the West Bank.
They are burning people's homes while families and children are asleep inside!
Around 18 months into his detention, Palestinian doctor @HussamAbuSafiya continues to face torture and ill-treatment in Israeli prisons.
Since the start of the genocide in the #Gaza Strip, Israeli forces have killed around 1,700 healthcare workers and detained hundreds more.
@mhdksafa When you let a homicidal maniac entity drop the equivalent of over 8 atomic bombs of explosives in less than 2 years the planet's bound to suffer.
Around 18 months into his detention, Palestinian paediatrician Dr Hussam Abu Safiya continues to face torture, ill-treatment, and arbitrary detention in Israeli prisons. Israeli interrogators have reportedly sought to coerce him into confessing to offences he did not commit, while he remains imprisoned under Israel’s so-called “Unlawful Combatant” law.
Dr Abu Safiya is one of at least 14 doctors from Gaza currently held in Israeli custody without charge or trial. Their continued imprisonment has further crippled Gaza’s already devastated healthcare system.
Since the beginning of the genocide in the Gaza Strip, Israeli forces have killed around 1,700 healthcare workers and detained hundreds more. Many of those detained were targeted after refusing to abandon their hospitals and patients, as part of #Israel’s broader campaign to dismantle #Gaza’s healthcare system and forcibly displace its population.

Documenting abuse and celebrating it: Female Israeli soldiers shared an Instagram photo mocking a blindfolded, bound Palestinian young man, turning his humiliation into a moment of celebration.
After abducting and blindfolding a Palestinian man, two Israeli female soldiers publicly boasted about their crime by photographing and sharing an image of the detainee being abused on Instagram.
ALARM!!
Violent attacks reported in all West Bank particularly northern area and Nablus!
Packs of settlers - terrorists in full force backed by Israeli soldiers -are calling for "blood", literally.
STATES MUST DEPLOY A PROTECTIVE PRESENCE
More than a year after his detention, Palestinian paediatrician @HussamAbuSafiya is facing various forms of torture and ill-treatment in Israeli prisons, as Israeli officers attempt to coerce him into confessing to charges he did not commit, while an indictment has been filed against him under the so-called “Unlawful Combatants Law”
Since the start of the genocide in the #Gaza Strip, the Israeli army has killed around 1,700 medical workers and detained hundreds more. Almost all of them have faced retaliatory and punitive charges for refusing to evacuate hospitals, as part of Israel’s efforts to depopulate Gaza.

🧵No Palestinian enters an Israeli prison and leaves as the same person.
Almost every released Palestinian prisoner has described being subjected to torture or other forms of cruel, inhuman, or degrading treatment. Many have emerged so severely emaciated and traumatised that their own families struggled to recognise them. Others have died shortly after their release due to the long-term effects of torture, starvation, medical neglect, and the denial of adequate healthcare while in detention.
In the thread are just a handful of Palestinian prisoners, before and after their imprisonment in Israeli custody.. Today, there are still around 9,500 Palestinians remain imprisoned by Israel today. Over the past two years, 84 Palestinian detainees, including one child, have died in Israeli custody under torture.
"Take every possible measure to get me out of this place."
With these words, Dr. Hussam Abu Safiya delivered an urgent appeal to his lawyer and to the lawyer from Physicians for Human Rights during their visit on July 14, 2026.
Dr. Hussam reported that he is being held in solitary confinement and that he was subjected to a new assault by prison guards following his lawyer's previous visit on July 2, leaving him with bruises on his hand.
He also confirmed that he underwent medical examinations and X-rays, but was never informed of the results. Meanwhile, the Israeli authorities continue to refuse to disclose his medical reports and records and continue to deny access to an independent physician to examine him, maintaining the withholding of information regarding his medical condition since the day of his arrest.
The continued detention of Dr. Hussam Abu Safiya without charge or trial, his placement in solitary confinement, the assault against him following his lawyer's visit, and the denial of independent medical care constitute a real and immediate threat to his life and safety.
Our demand is clear: the immediate release of Dr. Hussam Abu Safiya.
Withholding detailed information about Al-Hams’ legal status, detention conditions, and health, as well as denying him proper communication with his lawyer and family, increases the risk to his life and safety
