@nspowerinc once again your grid has failed and you have failed your customers. How about putting a some of your exuberant profits back into a consistently failing grid system!
@nspowerinc Maybe you should look at putting some of that $241 Million Dollar profit you made in 2021 back into the power grid and service you provide. I’ve had the privilege of living in many countries and your service is by far the worst I’ve ever encountered!
Once again @nspowerinc fail. No storms, no rain, no inclement weather but oh look the powers out. Why oh why are we paying for such poor service, oh that’s right, we don’t have any alternative providers! Welcome to Canada the land of the business Monopoly !
@nspowerinc Basically what you’re saying is any additional costs incurred will increase power bills or reduce the already inefficient service you provide.
@nspowerinc please explain. First picture shows green triangle-Sunday restore - 2 blue Tuesday restore (same road?) Second picture 2 hours later now only shows the green?? When will I get power?? ?? @TimHoustonNS
@nspowerinc Nice to know where your focus is whilst the rest of us rural in need CUSTOMERS are left to suck it up.
My new restore time is Tuesday, no power, no water, no chance of a hotel room, no additional assistance and no response to my questions. Nice to know you care, sorry don’t care
@nspowerinc help me understand. The green triangle says restore Sunday but the Blue triangle says restore Tuesday. Same road no lines down please explain how this works!!
@TimHoustonNS so we’re one week on from power outage, @nspowerinc still not providing quality info. We have no power - no water (rural). Are you going to provide more assistance and are you going to hold @nspowerinc accountable for atrocious management of this situation ?
@nspowerinc What’s the point of looking at the outage map its constantly changing! We’ve now been moved to Sunday and it boils down to bad management which you won’t be held accountable for like every other company that holds a monopoly in Canada!
Oh look @nspowerinc has changed my restore time AGAIN!! Maybe I should go buy a lottery ticket I’ve more chance of winning that than getting my power restored!
@JustinOtt97@nspowerinc@TimHoustonNS Good luck with getting a response, they don’t like it when people who pay the bills ask valid questions. My restore estimate went from Tuesday to Saturday and they won’t respond to my questions now. Just another instance of a monopoly company that can do what it wants!
@nspowerinc Huge thanks to the field workers but ZERO thanks for your management of the power outages. You over promise and under deliver due to poor management which in turn continues to affect people that now have zero choice but to stick it out at home.
@nsgov with the failure of @nspowerinc to
Provide accurate info on restore times what additional assistance will you provide? Restore time for us is now Oct 1 thats over a week with No power No water from our well, no hotel rooms, lost income. Countless people are struggling!
@nspowerinc The number one rule in business has always been under promise and then over deliver. If you’d started out with a longer restore time people would have been able to plan and prepare better. We’re now stuck, no hotels rooms, no alternatives.
@nspowerinc If we’d known it was going to be Sunday at the get go we would have booked into a hotel, no chance of that now, no rooms. How do expect rural customer who need power for water pumps to live? Poor info is bad info.
